At the Marlin Swim School, we draw from our experience as one of the best swimming teams in the country to teach your child to become water safe as quickly as possible and learn to swim using proper stroke mechanics from the beginning.
The Marlin Swim School operates year round in our indoor 90 degree teaching pool located at 990 Riley St. in Folsom.
Classes are held either once or twice per week with lesson times offered in the evening Monday - Friday and on Saturday mornings.

We love kids! We are proud of our coaches: mature, caring teachers . They all have the special ability to teach important skills while making it fun to learn!
We keep classes small! Our small class sizes offer highly personalized instruction. Standard classes are groups of three or four children at a similar level.
We celebrate success! Whether it’s earning a treat, a sticker or an enthusiastic bell ringing ceremony when passing a level, we make sure every child feels special.
We set simple goals and objectives! Proper swim mechanics are broken down into 10 levels, beginning with blowing bubbles and advancing up to swimming 300 yards of freestyle. Swimmers (and their parents) know what skill they are learning every step of the way. We also offer a pre-competitive stroke school for those looking to join our swim team program.
We swim year round! Learning to swim is much like learning a musical instrument. It takes consistent practice without long breaks to become proficient. Our program offers once or twice per week programs to help your child make consistent improvement.

Step 1: Download a policy form and a registration form.
Step 2: Contact the Marlin Swim School by calling 916.335.SWIM (7946) or by stopping by during the following business hours: Monday + Wednesday from 6:00 - 8:00 pm, Tuesday + Thursday from 5:00 - 7:30 pm, Friday from 5:45 - 7:15 pm or Saturday from 9:00 - 11:00 am.
