Marlins Win Sierra Nevada Club Achievement Award

The Marlins repeated as the winner of the Sierra Nevada Swimming Club Achievement Award. The program, which started last spring, rewards clubs based on their athletes' achievement of three standards: Gold, Silver and Bronze . Clubs are awarded 700 points for each Gold athlete, 450 points for each Silver athlete and 200 points for each Bronze athlete. Sierra Nevada awards one dollar for each point earned which we choose to give back to our families to support the travel necessary to achieve these levels.
